By booking an appointment with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions: Booking Appointments: Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person. All appointments are subject to availability. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Late Arrival: If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to shorten the duration of your treatment to avoid inconveniencing other clients. However, you will still be charged the full price of the appointment. No-show Policy: Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a charge for the full price of the appointment. Payment: Payment for appointments is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the treatment, as specified by Lava Thai Massage. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated. Health and Safety: It is important to inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service or modify treatments based on your health status. Changes to Bookings: Lava Thai Massage reserves the right to modify or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to therapist availability, equipment failure, or emergencies. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time.
